Basic Layers Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind our products 100%, and work with the best manufacturers in Turkey to produce the highest quality textiles that will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. 

Please wash before use, to maximize the absorbency and be aware that these towels are hand loomed, meaning occasional variances in color-way may occur, along with other loom inconsistencies. This is normal and to be expected with the nature of hand-made, loomed products.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your towels or bathrobes back to us. They must be returned in the same condition you received them unwashed and unused within 15 days of receiving them.

Returns received after 15 days up to 30 days will be given credit and you can use it with us online. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Refund will be given for the purchase price excluding the original shipping cost.
Please be advised that in case you are not happy with your purchase and would like a return or exchange:
